The Mid-Carolina Tennis Association (MCTA) partners with the Rock Hill Tennis Center (RHTC) which is public facility that is part of the City of Rock Hill's Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department.  Multiple MCTA programs are organized at the Rock Hill Tennis Center.
