GO TENNIS SCHEDULE

ADULT GO TENNIS is a high energy insturctional program to enhance every aspect of your game from technical skills to overal fitness and performance.  After working with tennis players of all ages and abilities the innovative Go Tennis Program emerged as a wonderful way to learn and play tennis.  Simply have fun with repetition practice, game based drills and a mix of fitness.

Wednesday Go Fundamentals

Join Shawna and Elaina for drills and skills in an action - packed adult group lesson every Wedneday mornng, 10:00am 

Friday Go Cardio

Join Shawna and Ryan in a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of tennis with a full body aerobic and anaerobic workout.  Cardio Friday is  very social activity where anything goes!  

Sunday Go Team Practice

 Join Shawna and the Go team for live ball group practice with fun, competitive drils much like a high school practice.  A variety of play situations provides a practice setting to improve endurance, court positioning, shot selection, and reaction speed.  Technical and tactical feedback provides players of all play levels the tools for a better game!   Start Time:  10:00am 

Go Private

Private, Semi-Private, Small Group Lessons and Hittings  lessons are available to club members.
