Grace Daab of Flagstaff, AZ participated in the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells as part of the BNP Ball Crew Team. Each year a tournament Ball Girl and Boy of the Year is selected. Grace was unanimously selected for this honor by the over 50 coordinators of the tournament!

Flagstaff Juniors to Play at Junior Team Tennis Nationals in Florida

Southwest Sectionals Champs are heading to Florida! Northern Arizona’s 14U and 18U teams won the Southwest Sectionals in Albuquerque and will take on other teams at the 2022 USTA Junior Team Tennis National Championships in October! In order to raise money to play at the National Competition in Orlando, the Flagstaff players will be holding a rally-a-thon on Friday, September 9 from 5 PM - 7 PM at the NAU Tennis Center.

Proposal to name the tennis courts at Hal Jensen to honor Ron Hren

On July 18th, 2022, FTA Board Members (Gordon Medford, Jenny Garcia, Anthony Medina, and Jean Brown) presented a compelling presentation to the Flagstaff Parks and Recreation to request that the Flagstaff City Council name the courts at Hal Jensen Recreation Center, “The Ron Hren Memorial Tennis Courts”.
