VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Park & Recreation District is replacing 3 tennis courts thanks in part, to a Land & Water Conservation Grant.

Director Tyler Jacobson said the board accepted a bid of slightly less than $1 million from Strata Inc on Friday, February 25th.
