Girls Rule the Court™ (GRTC) is a free program for girls in rising first and second grade to promote health, wellness and teamwork while building their self esteem through tennis. Girls Rule the Court is a program that helps empower young girls through play and female mentorship via the sport of tennis. Lessons are focused on learning the basics of tennis and positive youth development principles such as building confidence, creating meaningful and beneficial connections (both with fellow participants and female leaders) and growing their technical, tactical and performance skills.

The program will consist of 1 hour of tennis followed by 1 hour of a Social Emotional Learning element. Tennis racquets and snacks will be provided.
