What to expect from Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is the ultimate high energy tennis-fitness activity, delivering a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic & anaerobic workout experience! This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. Players will get their hearts pumping through the warmup and cardio segments with unique Cardio Tennis games and high-energy music. You’ll finish off with the reward of a well-earned cooldown.

Join us for the most fun workout possible-Cardio Tennis Triples, a fast moving, engaging, and accommodates 6-8 players per court with tons of touches on the ball and hundreds of calories burned. Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Players of all types are welcome. Participants must be able to move and be injury free.
