USTA Northern is partnering with Asian American Pacific Islander Tennis Association (AAPITA) to deliver a girls junior clinic led by Vania King.

Vania King is a former doubles Grand Slam champion, winning Wimbledon and US Open titles in 2010. Vania reached a career high ranking of #3 in the world for women's doubles and #50 women's singles. Vania is of Taiwenese heritage, and currently serves as the board president of AAPITA. She also serves as the Executive Director of Serving Up Hope.

This clinic is geared towards middle school and high school girls of all abilities. This is a one hour clinic starting at 12:00PM and concluding at 1:00PM at Eastview Recreation Center. After the girls clinic there will be a panel featuring Vania King, followed by red ball tennis and food trucks for families.
