Cardio Tennis is a high-energy group fitness class combining tennis drills with cardiovascular exercise, designed for all ability levels to provide a full-body, calorie-burning aerobic workout. Led by instructors, these 60-minute sessions typically feature music, agility ladders, and, cardio balls to keep heart rates up.
Please bring water. Loaner rackets are available, but we recommend bringing your personal equipment. Refunds available with 24 hours notice.
