This class is designed for players ready to build a strong foundation and grow their game in a fun, structured, and high-energy environment. Using a combination of green dot and yellow balls, players will progress at the right pace while developing the skills needed for full-court play.

Players will focus on:

• Forehand and backhand technique with consistency and control
• Rallying and point play (serving, returning, and keeping score)
• Movement and footwork, including recovery and court positioning
• Directional control and strategy (crosscourt, down-the-line, and decision-making)
• Introduction to match play and competitive situations

Classes are game-based and interactive, helping players stay engaged while building confidence and improving their overall athleticism.
