What to expect from Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is the ultimate high energy tennis-fitness activity, delivering a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic & anaerobic workout experience! This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. Players will get their hearts pumping through the warmup and cardio segments with unique Cardio Tennis games and high-energy music. You’ll finish off with the reward of a well-earned cooldown.



Join us for a fun filled evening introducing Triples Tennis Cardio to the SOKY community. 

It's a fast paced game that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving. Each side of the net consists of three players at a time with one person who rotates in and one of the other players out. The game is played with a low pressure tennis ball so there is an opportunity for all levels of players to play at a time. The focus is on fun and social play.
