Tennis Fitness Class
Designed for tennis players of all levels, this high-energy fitness class focuses on building strength, agility, speed, and endurance tailored specifically for on-court performance. Through dynamic drills, footwork exercises, and conditioning routines, participants will enhance their physical capabilities to excel in matches while reducing the risk of injury. Whether you're aiming to improve movement, stamina, or overall fitness, this class will take your game to the next level.
Minimum Enrollment: The program will only proceed if there are more than 3 students enrolled. If the class does not meet this requirement, you will be notified, and the course may be canceled.
Absences: If a student cannot attend a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a makeup session. Makeup sessions are not available for missed classes without prior notice.
