If you are not aware, USTA recently introduced USTA Coaching ( USTA coaching.com) as a certifying organization for tennis coaches similar to PTR and RSPA. One of the goals of the organization is to recruit, train and develop the next generation of tennis coaches to grow the game.

In-Person Workshops from USTA Coaching bring coaches on court to focus on the skills that matter most on and off the court. Each workshop delivers hands-on learning, real-time feedback, and practical coaching strategies t help coaches confidently apply what they teach, all with the goal of creating positive tennis experiences

We hope that everyone who attends the training will then be willing to volunteer to assist the Ron James Youth Tennis Program, a USTA National Junior Tennis Program, deliver various introductory tennis programs throughout the community.
