What to expect from Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is the ultimate high energy tennis-fitness activity, delivering a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic & anaerobic workout experience! This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. Players will get their hearts pumping through the warmup and cardio segments with unique Cardio Tennis games and high-energy music. You’ll finish off with the reward of a well-earned cooldown.
Cardio Tennis is the perfect program for beginner or intermediate players who are looking to work up a sweat. Our Tennis Coaches bring together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills and pump out a high-energy soundtrack to keep you moving.
