This program is for high school varsity, junior varsity, or middle school tennis players who participate in USTA sanctioned tournaments, high school tennis teams or rec tournaments. Drills emphasize movement and conditioning, stroke mechanics, consistency and attack skills and match play tactics. Player rating 3.5-3.9
