Monte Vista Tennis Club - Membership / Packages

Membership Details & How to Join

Join the MVTC, a registered not-for-profit organization, or purchase event tickets on-line with no need to write a check. 

For the 2025-2026 season, Membership types include:

Regular Membership  $75:

  • Includes participation in Club social events, Skills and Drills, seminars, in-house tournaments and casual play such as round robin and “Luck of the Draw”
  • Use of a ball machine after training and approval
  • Option to participate the East Valley Senior Tennis League (EVSTL)
  • Incudes MVTC Apparel (Team Jersey)

Social Membership  $50:

  • Includes participation in Club social events, Skills and Drills, seminars, in-house tournaments and casual play such as round robin and “Luck of the Draw”
  • Use of a ball machine after training and approval

Temporary Membership $30:

  • Membership can be obtained one time per season for a period of up to 30 days
  • Includes participation in Club social events, Skills and Drills,
    seminars, in house tournaments and casual play such as round robin and “Luck of the Draw”
  • Use of a ball machine after training and approval

Sponsoring Member - An opportunity for individuals to show support and solidarity with a donation to the Club and be included in the Club’s email list if desired.

Guest Member - The sole purpose of this membership is to make it possible for short term visitors to Monte Vista to book a court.  There is no cost for this but there are no benefits of this membership other than court booking. 

Member Verification

All members, including Guest Members, must complete registration and be invited into the system before they can reserve a court. This step ensures proper scheduling and access for all players. Court booking will not be available until your membership has been confirmed and your profile is active. Here are Instructions for completing the one-time verification process.

Subscribe to your Club Membership 

Either submit a printed membership registration / application form or email the Club treasurer (brookester@shaw.ca), stating your name, site number, phone (cell phone preferred), gender, and type of membership you would like to have. 

Upon receipt of your form / information, the Club will send you an "invitation" to join and you will need to complete the above-mentioned verification process.  There you will have the opportunity to enter your profile into the database.  You will also be sent a request to pay for your membership (unless you submitted payment iwth the written form), which may be done online (preferred) or by check.

Please note that each membership must have a unique email address attached to it - if you share an email address with another person who is also a member, one of you will have to create a new one to use with the Club. 

Important: Please use your local contact data (ie your Mesa address) as this is what the Club will use for club records and e-mails.
