Mingo Tennis organization was established with the support of Full Effect Group, a nonprofit company, with the purpose of providing a safe haven where inner-city youth participate in a comprehensive program of journalism and tennis.

Mingo Tennis has been providing local community tennis with a life skills program that promotes positive values, healthy habits, and education through the game of tennis with Mingo Tennis. With our journalism program, Mingo Tennis also helped us teaches individuals how to report play by play tennis matches, through broadcasting and print journalism.
