COHASSET, MA- Apres Racquet and Paddle held its first virtual "At Home Tennis Clinic" on Monday December 28th for several local children. "With the colder weather setting in, we wanted to re-connect wth our kids and give them something active and fun to do", said Matt Hendison, founder of Apres Racquet and Paddle. "We also wanted to reinforce the skills the kids worked so hard on all summer and fall to assure they remain grooved and ready to hit the court running this spring when the warmer weather returns". 

The 30 minute session featured balance, agility and hand-eye coordination skills as well as racquet and ball control and proper swing patterns. "It was really fun and my daughter loved it", said Erin Gillis, whose daughter attended the clinic. "She loves tennis so much and for her to have the opportunity to "kind of" play again was such a treat for her. 

Apres Racquet and Paddle will be conducting a six week course beginning in Mid-January for kids. The cost will be $12 per session or $55 for enrollment in the the full six weeks if paid in advance. "Kids from anywhere, not just Massachusetts can enroll, have fun, and benefit", said Hendison.
