Lapeer Tennis Community introduces Red Ball Tennis Experience as its introductory course for juniors ages 5-7yo. The course will take participants through innovative experiences with a focus on

Red Ball 1 (Ball, Racquet, Control)

and

Red Ball 2 Curriculum 

Session is 6 classes of 45min / racquets are available

Parent are encourage to complete a player survey to help us understand goals such as meets new friends, learn to play tennis, or desire coaching assessment after course is complete.

Assessments if desired will focus on Baseline Head, Baseline Feet, Baseline Hands, Serve/Return Head, Serve and Return Feet, Games (Red Ball 3)

Future sessions will be offered beginning June 16th and July 14th to further develop player skills (Red Ball 3, Red Ball 2, and Red Ball 1). It is quite common that players will be in this course for 2 seasons before moving up to Orange Ball.
