What to expect from Tennis 101

USTA Tennis 101 is designed for new players or returning players to have fun and learn (or even re-learn) the sport. Each class during this 6-session program includes engaging and interactive tennis activities plus fun games so you can build your skills. Participants who complete the program will possess the fundamental skills in order to be confident in enjoying tennis. You do not need any prior tennis experience to enjoy USTA Tennis 101.

Notes from the coach

Tennis 101 is all about having FUN on the tennis court with other beginning players. We use a player centric model and program developed by the USTA (United States Tennis Association).

Adult tennis racquets will be available for use but participants can bring their own along with a water bottle.
