This program is designed for beginner tennis players with a USTA rating of 2.5 or below and is a perfect "next step" for Try Tennis graduates. 

Develop your tennis skills on-court without the pressure of serving, keeping score, and finding people to hit with/against. The Coach will continuosly feed balls, allowing paired players (doubles teams) to play out the point, with players rotating in/out and around the court. This enables you to get a lot of touches on the ball while learning how to move on the court in a "live ball" scenario. 

Individual sessions are 90 minutes and will consist of a brief warm up, 10 minutes of coaching on a variety of skillsets, and then straight to live ball play. Be ready to move and hit lots of balls! 

***During winter months be sure to dress in layers and bring plenty of water.
