This 8-week program prepares players for the transition from recreational play to competitive match play. It is specifically designed for 8th graders and high schoolers preparing for Junior Varsity tryouts or their first sanctioned tournaments.

The program Includes:

• Technical Consistency: Coach-led feeding drills to stabilize stroke mechanics 

• Live-Ball Training: Cooperative drills to simulate match pressure and build rally endurance.

• Competitive Fundamentals: Drills to work on footwork, recovery, and court positioning.

• Match Preparedness: Instruction on singles and doubles tactics, scoring, and rules.

By the end of the session, players will have a solid understanding of singles and doubles play for entry-level tournaments and be better prepared for high school tryouts.
