Below is the JotForm Link to request a Wildcard and the selection process for a Wildcard spot in the State Championships!

"If any level has 4-15 teams, the level is eligible for a wildcard. If they fill out the JotForm, they would be considered for a wildcard. Wildcards will be drawn randomly if it is determined one (or more are needed) to fill the draw for State Championships."
