SELECTIONS AND SEEDINGS WILL BE DETERMINED USING THE NATIONAL STANDINGS LIST (COMBINED) AS OF THE DATE ENTRIES CLOSE
SINGLES: 32 PLAYER DRAW – FIC ROUND OF 16 – CONSOLATION DRAW PLAYED OUT TO COMPLETION (DETERMINES 9TH PLACE)
QUARTERFINAL MAIN DRAW LOSERS FEED INTO SEPARATE DRAW TO DETERMINE THE 5TH PLACE WINNER
3RD/4TH PLAYOFF WILL BE PLAYED
DOUBLES: 16 TEAM DRAW – SINGLE ELIMINATION – YOU MUST REGISTER WITH A PARTNER. PLAYERS MUST E-MAIL THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WITH THEIR INTENDED PARTNER BEFORE ENTRIES CLOSE IF YOU CANNOT INDICATE YOUR PARTNER ONLINE. WE WILL NOT PAIR UP PLAYERS. NO 3/4 PLAYOFFS.

SINGLES MAIN DRAW: 2 OUT OF 3 SETS WITH A 10-POINT MATCH TIEBREAK IN LIEU OF 3RD SET
SINGLES CONSOLATION DRAW: SAME AS MAIN DRAW EXCEPT NO-AD SCORING
DOUBLES: 8 GAME PRO SET – NO AD SCORING. 7 POINT TIEBREAK PLAYED AT 8 GAMES ALL

Refund Policy/Withdrawing Before Entries Close:
Players can withdraw themselves online any time before the tournament deadline. For instructions on how to withdraw, click here: WITHDRAW. No charge is made before the tournament deadline. AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A PLAYER IS SELECTED AND UNABLE TO PLAY FOR ANY REASON.
Written Verification Requirement for Withdrawals Due to Injury, Illness or Personal Circumstance after selections have been made:
• Illness or Injury: The required written verification of an injury or illness must be from a medical professional and must be received by the tournament no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament.
• Personal Circumstance: If the player is withdrawing because of a personal circumstance, the player must deliver a written description of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament, and the Referee will determine whether the situation is a personal circumstance.
USTA Suspension Points for Withdrawals:
Any withdrawal (other than for previously authorized entry into concurrent tournaments) that does not meet the written verification requirements described above by the last scheduled day of the tournament (and, in the case of personal
circumstances, has also been approved as a personal circumstance by the Referee) will result in the player being levied suspension points, and any match that is not played will be coded as a Default.

Online registration is required and needs to be COMPLETED before the entry deadline. In the case of a technical problem, contact the USTA MS Junior Competition Department at jrcomp@ms.usta.com BEFORE THE ENTRY DEADLINE. The time stamp on the email needs to be BEFORE the entry deadline.
Sportsmanship and the USTA Player Oath: All participants shall familiarize themselves with The Code which is meant to be a guide to fair play. By participating in the tournament, all players agree to abide by the USTA Player Oath: "I recognize that tennis is a sport that places the responsibility for fair play on me. I promise to abide by the rules of the game, which require me to give the benefit of the doubt to my opponent. At all times I shall strive to compete with the true spirit of sportsmanship, recognizing that my behavior on the court is a direct reflection of my character. Whether my matches end with my victory or defeat, I promise to conduct myself in a way that honors my opponents, those who support me, and the game of tennis."
Spectator Oath: All tournament guests, including family member, coaches and other spectators, must adhere to the USTA Spectator Oath: “I pledge to set a positive example for players, treat fellow parents, coaches and officials with respect, emphasize the importance of fair play and good sportsmanship, cheer respectfully for winner and good points - not errors and double faults, allow players to work out on-court disputes, and not interfere with matches.”
