Body positive approach to caloric burn, strength and endurance with tennis! This workout will challenge you, strengthen you, encourage you, make you a fitter, stronger, and a more consistent tennis player!
Who: All levels w/ a desire to mprove your tennis, fitness, and overall health. Adjustments, pairings, and groupings will be made in accordance to tennis level.
What to bring: Gym/racquet bag with - a tennis racquet, water bottle (large but light), yoga mat, bike (on cycling days), pulse oximeter, blood pressure monitor
How to register: Buy a HIT Pass or pay per session. Attend 2 out 3 classes per week with the HIT pass for one price for 12 weeks. HIT Class takes place on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
