Our TOTS program utilizes USTA Quick Start Red Ball to lower the barrier to entry for our youngest tennis players. Practices will introduce the development of motor skills necessary for tennis and other racquet sports. Racquets will be provided in 23" and 25" for our participants to use during practice.

Instruction days are held one day a week and will focus on games and exercises to develop coordination, footwork and technique. Goals will be set for each participant to be able to pruduce the correct forehand, backhand, volley and serve skills necessary in competitive tennis.
