Beginner Program Schedule: 

Tuesday - 5:30 pm Instruction

Thursday -  5:30 pm Rally Focus

Instruction days are held on Tuesday and will focus on drills and exercises to develop proper footwork and technique. Goals will be set for each participant to be able to pruduce the correct forehand, backhand, volley and serve skills necessary in competitive tennis. 

Thursday group rallying and play to incorporate skills, technique and mechanics into live situational  practice.
