Requirements:

1. keep a 10 ball rally consistently 

2. have a continental grip 

3. know how to tap and swing 

4. know how to serve 

5. know how to volley 

6. know how to hit topspin 

7. know how to switch the grip between continental and forehand grips 

8. know how to run to the ball and side shuffle back 

9. know how to play points and make quick descisions
