Players will learn everything from beginning to advanced stroke technique, to tactical basics and ball placement.  Before progressing to the green ball program on the 78' court, players will be able to play advanced baseline points and have basic knowledge of net play.

It is important for this age group that training is both fun and effective.  We use many different methods, including the games based method, to keep players engaged.  The Games Based method is as it sounds, using games to put players in real situations for problem solving and bringing purpose to technique.
