What to expect from Tennis 101
USTA Tennis 101 is designed for new players or returning players to have fun and learn (or even re-learn) the sport. Each class during this 6-session program includes engaging and interactive tennis activities plus fun games so you can build your skills. Participants who complete the program will possess the fundamental skills in order to be confident in enjoying tennis. You do not need any prior tennis experience to enjoy USTA Tennis 101.
Welcome to USTA Tennis 101 for Adults!
This program is designed for Adults who are new to tennis or returning after an absence.
During this 6 week program, you'll learn about the basics like forehands and backhands and also come away with a better understanding of how to keep score during a match.
Adult Tennis 101 is a great way to learn a new skill, get some great excercise and connect with fun people.
