This course is designed to be the definitive wheelchair tennis course for a new coach. The main goals are to introduce the sport, focus on sport-specific themes, apply best coaching practices, and understand how to get involved. This is an engaging course where the overall teaching objective is for participants to learn by doing. If a coach is already RSPA or PTR certified, he or she will also be able to add wheelchair tennis certification upon successful completion of the course.
