This adult-focused session is designed to get you moving, hitting, and sweating through fast-paced, coach-led drills. With a focus on footwork, consistency, and continuous play, it’s a great way to kick off your day with an active and engaging tennis workout.
Whether you're new to the sport or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this session is all about energy, movement, and getting a lot of reps in.
Cost is $10 to register, but will be fully reimbursed when you attend-so it’s essentially free!
Please wear tennis shoes and bring water. Equipment will be provided.
