Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. This class is for anyone who is interested in fast paced tennis, getting a workout, having an incredible social experience, looking for a little competition, and getting better at tennis. All fitness and ability levels are welcome. Participants must be able to move and be injury free.
Class size is limited. Registration opens one week before the class. A minimum of 4 players is required. If the forecasted temperature falls below 35 degrees, the class will be cancelled. If class is cancelled due to the number of players or the weather, players will be refunded their registration fee. Players will receive a text in the case of class cancellation.
