Cardio Tennis is the ultimate high energy tennis-fitness activity, delivering a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic & anaerobic workout experience! This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. Players will get their hearts pumping through the warmup and cardio segments with unique Cardio Tennis games and high-energy music.

All fitness and ability levels are welcome. Participants must be able to move and be injury free. 

Please come prepared with your own racket, water, and proper shoewear. Other equipment is provided.

Class size is limited. Please join the waiting list if class is full. We are often able to expand classes. You will be notified by email to register if spots open up.
