What to expect from Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is the ultimate high energy tennis-fitness activity, delivering a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic & anaerobic workout experience! This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. Players will get their hearts pumping through the warmup and cardio segments with unique Cardio Tennis games and high-energy music. You’ll finish off with the reward of a well-earned cooldown.



This class is for anyone who is interested in fast paced tennis, getting a workout, having an incredible social experience, looking for a little competition, and getting better at tennis. All fitness and ability levels are welcome. Participants must be able to move and be injury free. Class size is limited. Cost of 6-week session is priced for 5 weeks allowing for one cancellation due to weather if needed. If weather doesn't impact the schedule, all 6 sessions will be held.
