Cardio Tennis is the ultimate high energy tennis-fitness activity, delivering a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic & anaerobic workout experience! This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. Players will get their hearts pumping through the warmup and cardio segments with unique Cardio Tennis games and high-energy music. You'll finish off with the reward of a well-earned cooldown.

This group exercise program is for anyone regardless of your tennis skill level by combining the best parts of tennis and fitness in a fun, energetic, and welcoming format. All fitness and skill levels are welcome! Please bring your own racket, wear proper tennis court shoes, and come prepared with water and sun protection. Class sizes are maxed at 8 participants. There are 8 total sessions.
Sessions are $8 each or register for 6 sessions and get 2 free.
