Minutes of Meeting of Board of Directors held January 26, 2023Tyler Community Tennis Association, Inc. 

Present were:  James Daly, Edward Keyser, Gary Olive, Meg Robertson, Chris Singer

Note: Board of Directors for 2023 are: James Daly, Meg Robertson, and Chris Singer

Meeting called to order at 12:01 pm. 

All three motions were voted affirmative unanimously: 

1) The board accepts the resignation of Randy Rexroat effective January 24, 2023. 

2) Officers for 2023 confirmed or so appointed are:

Gary Olive – Chairperson
Jim Middleton – Vice Chair
Edward Keyser – Secretary / treasurer
Brian Foster – Public Relations
Melissa Wells – Community Engagement
