This Adult Tennis 101 workshop will consist of 6, one hour sessions over a span of 3 weeks.  If you have been interested in giving tennis a try and you've held a racquet in your hand and hit a few in the past, then this is the adult workshop for you!  We will predominately be using the "Yellow Ball" for these workshops, which is the ball that the pros and intermediate youth use who are able to keep a tennis rally going by keeping the ball in play. 

We will start with the fundamentals of tennis groundstrokes, serves, and point play activities.  It will entail hitting a lot of yellow tennis balls to practice what you are learning.  Then, the fun really picks up after we learn how to keep the ball in play and rally!  Fun and active tennis games, will allow you to gain confidence and develop your new tennis skills by putting them to the test!

An Adult Tennis 201 workshop will pick up where 101 leaves off.
