About this Event

This special event is designed to be the largest annual collaborative Cardio Tennis event in the country, featuring Adult Red Ball and Cardio Tennis Triples! We are celebrating TENNIS and raising awareness that TENNIS is inclusive, easy, and social, with proven health and wellness benefits. In unison with the USTA National Campus, up to 300 facilities across the country will be offering this event simultaneously. Adult Red Ball will show athletes they can be tennis players in as little as 30 minutes, and Cardio Tennis Triples is a signature Cardio Tennis game with tons of touches on the ball, teamwork, fitness, and fun. Together, it is a calorie-burning, high-energy fitness experience.

• Throughout the event, you will be mixed and matched with many different people and experience great rallies and friendly competition.
