Welcome to the USTA Delaware District Junior Learn to Play programs! The Advanced Beginner session (Mon-Thurs) at Silverside Swim Club is a 60-minute tennis class for 11- to 16-year-olds. The Advanced Beginner classes are best suited for junior players who are able to maintain a baseline rally. We will continue to work on stroke technique and introduce matchplay movement. This class is not for the new tennis player, or any player that cannot rally from the baseline. Both orange and green (lower compression) balls will be utilized.
