Cardio Tennis is 2 hours of point-play games such as Doubles King of the Court, Wipe Out, Capture the Net, Dingles, Triples, Burn and so forth, interspersed with 5 minute cardio events. Cardio events vary week to week but could be a fast paced tennis drill, ladder (footwork), jumping rope, weighted ball drills, burpees, jump squats, wind sprints, etc. You're welcome to work at your own pace, modifying events based on your abilities - this is intended to be a fun class that just happens to burn a few extra calories.
Classes are held on outdoor courts. If playing conditions are determined to be unsafe causing class to be canceled, notifications will be sent via the email that you registered under. Please always check for such communications before class. You will be given credit for any canceled class. Any class with less than 3 registered players will be canceled.
