Welcome to the Delaware District Adult Learn to Play Programs. This course is designed to introduce brand new players to the game of tennis and take the gently experienced player to a more progressed level. If you are an experienced player but are a little rusty – or have never received formal instruction and are struggling with some basic techniques – I’d recommend you register under the Advanced Beginner/Intermediate (high 2.5/3.0) class. If you cannot serve and/or know how to keep score, or intentionally direct the ball, the beginner class will be a good fit for you. Recommended USTA rating for this class 1.5/2.0 or recently rated 2.5

If you find that you are unable to attend a class, you are welcome to have a friend sub in for you. Please give the pro advanced notice of this substitution. Any unattended class will not be refunded.
