Welcome to the USTA Delaware District Junior Learn to Play programs! This class is designed to introduce the game of tennis to new players, or players who still need to work on skills needed to play the game. We work on basic tennis strokes, basic footwork and hand/eye coordination. Players in this class may be able to rally (hit the ball back and forth) but are unable to sustain a rally more than a couple of times. You are also welcome to join this class if you have never held a racquet before in your life. If you are unable to attend one of the classes, you may ask a friend to sub in your place - just give the pro a heads up before class. There are no refunds if you cannot make it to class.
