Welcome to the USTA Delaware District Junior 'Learn to Play' programs! The Advanced Beginner session Sundays 1-2pm at Delcastle is a 60-minute tennis class for 8-year-olds and up. The Advanced Beginner classes are best suited for junior players who are able to maintain a baseline rally but will benefit from orange and/or green lower compression balls. Lower compression balls promote proper form versus standard balls that tend to bounce too high for juniors at this level. We will continue to work on stroke technique and introduce matchplay movement and strategy. This class is not for the new tennis player, or any player that cannot rally from the baseline. 

Note: If your player cannot attend one of the classes, you can cancel online and receive a refund with more than 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours a refund is not provided.
