This program is designed for the player who is brand new to the sport, or the player who has had some experience but is still struggles to hold a rally (unable to hit the ball back and forth with someone more than a couple of times). We will learn basic stroke mechanics and the importance of footwork. Our goal is to get you on track to be able to play the game of tennis.
